Get found in AI search, connect Shopify, take the paperwork off your team
Three services for small businesses. Each one starts the same way: a free 30-minute process review, then a fixed price and a timeline in writing.
30-minute review. We reply within 10 minutesWhich one is yours
Start from what hurts. If a customer asks ChatGPT for a company like yours and it names a competitor, you need AI search visibility. If Shopify and QuickBooks never agree on the numbers, you need integrations. If someone on your team retypes the same data into three systems or spends an hour on every contract, you need automation.
The four overlap. An ERP rollout is where the other three end up: Shopify orders, the documents an agent assembles and the numbers a report is built from all live in it. A Shopify integration often ends with a report an agent writes, and AI search work starts with the same crawler checks we run on any site. If you are not sure which one you need, the free review answers that in 30 minutes. If none of it is worth the money yet, we say so.
Visibility in AI search (GEO/AEO)
When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot or Google AI for a company like yours, the answer is a short list with names. We make sure your site is one the models can read and quote: crawlers like OAI-SearchBot actually get through Cloudflare, Bing knows every page, and the pages answer the questions people ask in words a model can quote whole.
The classic groundwork stays part of it: technical SEO, pages under the words people actually type, internal links. Google and AI search are fed by the same work, so we do not sell them as two separate services.
You can check all of this yourself. You get the report, plus one command that shows in a minute whether the AI crawlers are allowed in. You do not have to take our word for it.
Shopify integrations
Shopify and accounting: QuickBooks or Xero. Orders, refunds, partial payments, sales tax by state and platform fees post themselves, so month end takes an hour instead of a weekend of matching payouts against orders.
Shopify and marketplaces: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart. One stock count across every channel, so you never sell what you do not have, and listings and prices update without copy-paste. The rest of the stack (CRM, email, warehouse, 3PL) connects the same way.
We do not replace what you have. We work with the store and the systems already in place, including open-source ones we set up and adapt ourselves: Odoo, ERPNext, EspoCRM.
AI agents and automation
An AI agent does the repetitive work with data and documents: assembles a contract, proposal or invoice from the client record in your CRM, compiles the Monday report from three systems, moves a lead from the inbox into HubSpot with the company details filled in. A person checks and clicks one button instead of spending the hour.
It lives inside your tools (QuickBooks, HubSpot, DocuSign, Google Sheets, Slack) rather than in a chat window. It knows what the contract says and who signs on the client's side. A chatbot follows a script and knows nothing about your business.
There is a ceiling, and we name it up front. The agent takes the retyping, the assembling and the checking against rules. Decisions, exceptions and anything that needs a phone call stay with your people, who now have the time for them.
Odoo and open-source ERP/CRM
When the company has outgrown spreadsheets and QuickBooks alone, but a NetSuite quote makes no sense at your size, an open-source system does the job: Odoo for sales, inventory, purchasing and invoicing in one place, EspoCRM when you only need a CRM, ERPNext when accounting or manufacturing is the core. It runs on your own server, and there is no per-seat fee.
We choose the modules for your process, move the data in cleaned, keep customizations in separate modules so upgrades do not break them, and hand over the access. Community first; we say when a paid Enterprise feature is actually worth it.
The same AI agents then work inside it, because everything they need is already in one database.
How every project starts
- 1
A free 30-minute review
We look at how the process works at your company today and say what is worth automating, what is not, and what it would cost.
- 2
A fixed price and a timeline, in writing
One document with the scope, the price and the date. There is no hourly billing, and nothing changes halfway through.
- 3
The build, with you in the loop
The first process usually goes live in 2–4 weeks. You see it working on your real data before you pay for the result.
- 4
Handover and a report you can check
Access, documentation and a report of what changed, in numbers you can verify yourself.
What it looks like in a live project
A property management company: an owner contract took an hour to assemble by hand and was signed in a third-party service that showed only the fact of a signature. Now the contract assembles itself from the record, and the signature and everything after it live on the company's own page.

An in-house contract signing system with detailed analytics
The signing service showed nothing after send: whether the client opened the contract, which clause stopped them, why they went quiet.

- What is GEO/AEO, and how is it different from SEO?
GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization) are the work of getting your site cited in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI. SEO gets you ranked in a list of links. GEO/AEO gets you named in an answer. The groundwork is the same, a fast site that crawlers can read and pages that answer real questions, plus a few things SEO never needed: letting AI crawlers through, Bing Webmaster Tools, and answers short enough to be quoted whole.
- How much does it cost, and how fast is it?
It starts with a free 30-minute review: we look at your processes and say what is worth automating and what is not. Then you get a fixed price and a timeline in writing. The first process usually goes live in 2–4 weeks; AI search work is monthly and shows its first checkable results within the first month. We name the exact figure after the review. Before it, any number would be a guess.
- Does it work with the systems we already use?
Yes, if the system can be accessed from outside, and almost all of them can: Shopify, QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Pipedrive, DocuSign, Amazon and eBay seller accounts, Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail. We do not ask you to switch. Open-source ERP and CRM (Odoo, ERPNext, EspoCRM) we set up and adapt ourselves. If something has no access, we tell you at the review.
- Where does our data go?
Wherever you allow it to. If the data cannot leave your perimeter, we run the models on your own server. If it can, we use cloud services, but only the ones you have approved. All of this is agreed in writing before we start.
- How do you prove the AI search work is working?
Three ways you can check without us. A one-line command that shows whether ChatGPT's and Perplexity's crawlers get a 200 from your site. The AI Performance report in Bing Webmaster Tools, which counts how often Copilot and Bing's AI answers cited you. And the question itself: ask ChatGPT for a company like yours and see whether you are on the list. We record that before and after.
- Will it replace our accountant or manager?
No. It takes the repetitive part off them: moving data, assembling documents, pulling numbers together. Decisions and responsibility stay with a person. After the launch the same people get more done, and nobody is replaced.
