Less manual work, more customers. AI search visibility for your small business

We work with small businesses. In 30 minutes we look at how customers find you and where the hours go, then tell you what pays off first: getting cited by ChatGPT, connecting Shopify to your books, or an agent that takes the paperwork. Free, no strings attached.

Where you lose customers and hours

If three of these describe your company, there is something worth a look.

Customers ask ChatGPT who to hire, and it names your competitor
Google sends fewer clicks every month, and nobody knows why
Shopify orders and QuickBooks never match at month end
Someone retypes the same data between two systems
The monthly report takes half a day to assemble by hand
A request goes missing because it arrived in the wrong channel

What we do

Get found outside, stop retyping inside

Four things, in the order they usually pay off: visibility in AI search, Shopify connected to the rest of your stack, agents that take the paperwork, and an open-source ERP when spreadsheets stop being enough.

Visibility in AI search (GEO/AEO)

When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI for a company like yours, we make sure your site is the one it cites. Crawler access, Bing, answers written to be quoted.

SEO that still works

Technical groundwork, pages under the words people actually type, and a report you can check yourself. Google and AI search from the same work.

Shopify + accounting

QuickBooks or Xero: orders, refunds, partial payments, sales tax and fees reconcile on their own. Month end takes an hour, not a weekend.

Shopify + marketplaces

Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart: one stock count, no oversells, listings and prices in sync without copy-paste.

AI agents for documents and reports

Contracts, proposals and monthly numbers assembled from your CRM and accounting, checked by a person, sent on time.

Systems that talk to each other

CRM, inbox, accounting and spreadsheets stop being islands. Data moves between them with nobody retyping it.

Odoo set up for your process

CRM, quotes, invoicing, inventory and purchasing in one open-source system on your own server. Community first, Enterprise only if a feature earns it.

Your data moved in and cleaned

Customers, products and history from spreadsheets, QuickBooks or an old CRM. Duplicates merged, exceptions shown to you, totals checked against the books.

Case studies

Our clients already saved money and time

Every case is one concrete process a machine took over — with the numbers before and after.

Short-let rentals
$96,000 a year → $3,000

$96,000 a year for a PMS that got the money wrong

The off-the-shelf system charged $16 per flat per month. Across a portfolio of 500 flats that is $96,000 a year. And it still calculated owner payouts incorrectly.

Short-term rentals
Manual review → a report through a link

500 listings on the platforms, and no way to check them

They were written at different times by different people. Which title gets cut off, which amenity never made it into a photo — you could only find out by opening every listing and going through it by hand.

How we work

No six-month rollouts taken on faith

Every step ends with something you can look at and measure. You can stop after any of them.

  1. 1

    Free review

Thirty minutes with the people doing the manual work. We look at what repeats, and how often. Costs nothing.

  2. 2

    We size the effect

You get a list: hours freed, customers you are missing in search, and what each fix costs.

  3. 3

    We run a pilot

One process, one integration or one page cluster, working for real. Two weeks, fixed price.

  4. 4

    We roll out and train

We connect the rest, hand over the documentation and train your people. After that you can run it without us.

FAQ

What people usually ask

  • A free review — what's the catch?

There isn't one. In thirty minutes we find out whether there is work here for us, and you find out whether we are worth working with. If neither AI search, integrations nor automation makes sense for you right now, we say so and part ways. Dragging you into a project that won't pay off is bad business for us too.

  • What is GEO/AEO, and how is it different from SEO?

SEO gets your page ranked in a list of links. GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization) get your business named inside the answer that ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews gives. The work overlaps: the same pages, but written so a model can quote them, and with the AI crawlers actually let in. Most sites fail on that last point without knowing it.

  • How do you prove we show up in AI search?

Three ways you can check yourself. Bing Webmaster Tools reports how often Copilot and Bing's AI answers cite you. We ask ChatGPT and Perplexity the same set of questions every month and keep the answers. And Google Search Console shows clicks from AI Overviews the usual way. No dashboard of ours in between.

  • Shopify: wouldn't a $30 app do the same?

Often yes, and we will say so on the call. Apps break on the edges: refunds, partial payments, bundles, sales tax by state, marketplace fees. We check the app first, then build only for the edges your store actually has.

  • We tried AI already and it went nowhere. Why would this be different?

It usually goes nowhere because the work starts from the technology instead of the process. We start by finding where people spend hours on repetitive work, put a number on it in hours and money, and only then decide whether AI belongs there or plain automation is enough. Often it is the second one — and that is fine.

  • Do we have to change our systems?

No. We work inside what you already run: your Shopify, your CRM, your QuickBooks, your inbox and spreadsheets. Moving to new tools is a separate conversation, and we do not push it.

  • Where does our data end up?

Wherever you allow it to. If the data cannot leave your perimeter, we run the models on your own server. If it can, we use cloud services — but only the ones you have approved. All of this is agreed in writing before we start.

  • When does search start paying off?

Not before month three. The first month goes to crawler access, technical fixes and structure, the second to pages and the first citations, and only from the third do rankings and mentions move. That is why we take search on for three months minimum.

  • What happens when you leave?

Everything we build stays with you: access, code, documentation. We train your team to maintain it. Staying on support is an option, not a requirement.
